Pilgrimage Tour Coordinator — Rishikesh / Haridwar

Help thousands of pilgrims experience the Char Dham Yatra with confidence, care, and exceptional on-ground coordination.

Key Requirements

• Personal completion of the Char Dham Yatra circuit is essential.
• Strong operational knowledge of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath.
• Experience coordinating pilgrimage groups ranging from 50 to 200+ travellers.
• Ability to manage accommodation, transport, darshan schedules and on-ground logistics.
• Calm, organised and dependable during the peak Char Dham Yatra season.
• Comfortable working from Rishikesh or Haridwar with frequent field travel during operations.
• Full-time job seekers with a passion for religious tourism are encouraged to apply.

Lead unforgettable Himalayan adventures while helping travellers explore Uttarakhand safely, responsibly, and confidently.

Key Requirements

• IMF Basic or Advanced Mountaineering Certificate is mandatory.
• Valid Wilderness First Aid Certification is essential.
• Minimum three years of trekking guide experience across Uttarakhand.
• Strong knowledge of at least three specialist trekking routes in Kumaon or Garhwal.
• Confident in conducting trek briefings, acclimatisation guidance, and emergency response procedures.
• Knowledge of Himalayan flora, wildlife, mountain ecology, and local culture is highly desirable.
• Excellent physical fitness with experience leading mixed-age and mixed-ability trekking groups.
• Seasonal as well as full-time applicants are welcome.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Wildlife Biology, Ecology, Natural History or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wildlife tourism, nature interpretation or environmental education.
• Ability to identify 100+ Himalayan bird species; advanced field identification skills are highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Jim Corbett National Park zones, safari booking procedures and seasonal wildlife patterns.
• Experience designing and delivering wildlife safaris, birdwatching tours and nature-based travel programmes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and engage travellers of all age groups.

Key Requirements
