Haridwar Tour Package from Rajkot
Haridwar Tour Package from Rajkot: Itinerary, Uttaranchal Express Guide & Haridwar-Mussoorie Plan
Planned and reviewed by Govind Bisht, Operations, SnazzyTrips | Last updated: 28 October 2026
There’s a train that links Saurashtra’s coast directly to the Ganga. The weekly Uttaranchal Express starts at Okha, passes through Dwarka and Jamnagar, leaves Rajkot on Friday afternoon and reaches Haridwar on Saturday afternoon. For Rajkot families, that means a pilgrimage with no change of trains, plenty of space for luggage and home-made food for the journey.
The only catch is that the return Uttaranchal Express runs just once a week, early on Sunday morning. That’s too soon for a proper trip. This package solves it: you arrive on the Saturday train, spend four nights in Uttarakhand, and travel home on Wednesday afternoon by the daily Yoga Express to Ahmedabad, from where Rajkot is about four hours away. In between, you get two evenings at Har Ki Pauri, a cool night in Mussoorie, and an afternoon in Rishikesh.
SnazzyTrips is a local Uttarakhand-based DMC operating since 2003, with teams in Haldwani and Dehradun. For other trip lengths, browse our Haridwar holiday options.

🌄 Why We Add a Night in Mussoorie
A cool break between the ghats
- Weather contrast: Mussoorie is around 2,000 m, much cooler than Haridwar, which helps especially in April–June.
- Different experience: Waterfalls, viewpoints and hill walks balance the temple-focused days.
- Easy route: About 3 hours from Haridwar via Dehradun, and about 3 hours down to Rishikesh the next day.
- Families enjoy it: Children often find Kempty Falls and Mall Road a highlight.
