Over the past two decades, he has led the company's growth while maintaining strong relationships with hotels, transport partners, and local suppliers across Kumaon and Garhwal. He continues to oversee business strategy, partnerships, and service quality across every travel experience.

Operations Manager
Govind manages SnazzyTrips' day-to-day operations across Uttarakhand. He coordinates hotel reservations, transportation, driver schedules, sightseeing logistics, and supplier communication to ensure every itinerary runs smoothly—even when weather or road conditions require last-minute adjustments.
